Terms and Conditions Lashes by Ingrid

  1. Scope of Application The services provided by Lashes by Ingrid are intended for customers with delivery addresses in Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, and the European Union (EU). These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions" or "T&C") apply to all contracts between Lashes by Ingrid and its customers.

  2. Prices All prices listed on the website www.lashesbyingrid.ch are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and displayed during the ordering process. The flat rate shipping cost for the EU is 16 EUR/CHF.

  3. Shipping and Delivery Lashes by Ingrid delivers to customers in Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, and the EU. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Switzerland:

    • B-Post: CHF 7, delivery within 1-3 working days.
    • Priority Postpac: CHF 9, delivery within 1-3 working days.
    • Priority Signature: CHF 12, delivery within 1-3 working days.

  • European Union:

    • Flat rate shipping cost of 16 EUR/CHF, delivery within 3-6 working days.

  1. Liability Lashes by Ingrid is liable for the products until they are delivered to the customer. After the products are handed over to the delivery service, the responsibility for any losses or damages during transportation lies with the delivery service in accordance with its own terms and conditions.

  2. Returns and Exchanges Lashes by Ingrid allows customers to return or exchange products within 5 days of receipt, provided that the products are in unused condition and in their original packaging. Customers must contact Lashes by Ingrid's customer service to initiate a return or exchange and provide the necessary information. The associated shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer unless the reason for the return or exchange is due to the fault of Lashes by Ingrid.

  3. Privacy Policy Lashes by Ingrid is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and complying with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Customers' personal data is only used for processing orders, providing efficient customer service, and sending relevant information about products and promotions, with the customer's consent.

  4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Switzerland.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Lashes by Ingrid and its customers, superseding any prior agreements or arrangements, whether written or oral, relating to the services provided.
